Salary, bonus
▢ Salary/Income: Freelance worker, 1,000 yen per job and up
Part-time job: Hourly wage 1,250 yen to 1,500 yen *Wage will be determined based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities
On behalf of building owners, we sincerely inspect and manage fire safety and building equipment, and repair any malfunctions, in order to protect the lives of your loved ones!
In accordance with the Fire Service Act, buildings are equipped with fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and automatic fire alarm systems to protect lives and property from fire.
These devices are useless unless they function reliably in the event of a fire.
Therefore, it is mandatory to regularly inspect and maintain fire-fighting equipment and to report the results to the fire chief.
Proper inspections allow for the detection and correction of malfunctions in fire safety equipment.
If, by any chance, a fire breaks out and the fire safety equipment fails to function, it could lead to a very serious situation.
We are entrusted by owners and managers with inspection services to prevent buildings from becoming dangerous.
