"Fire Safety Equipment Inspector Qualification"
For fire-fighting equipment and special fire-fighting equipment to function effectively in an emergency, it is necessary not only to "properly install" the equipment but also to "properly maintain and manage" it after installation.
Therefore, in order to ensure thorough maintenance and management of fire-fighting equipment, regular inspections are now mandatory, and the results must be reported to the fire department.
In particular, fire-fighting equipment installed in certain buildings with a high risk to human life must be inspected by a certified fire equipment engineer or a qualified fire equipment inspector.

Responsibilities

On behalf of building owners, we sincerely inspect and manage fire safety and building equipment, and repair any malfunctions, in order to protect the lives of your loved ones!

In accordance with the Fire Service Act, buildings are equipped with fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and automatic fire alarm systems to protect lives and property from fire.
These devices are useless unless they function reliably in the event of a fire.
Therefore, it is mandatory to regularly inspect and maintain fire-fighting equipment and to report the results to the fire chief.
Proper inspections allow for the detection and correction of malfunctions in fire safety equipment.
If, by any chance, a fire breaks out and the fire safety equipment fails to function, it could lead to a very serious situation.

We are entrusted by owners and managers with inspection services to prevent buildings from becoming dangerous.

So this time, we're looking for you if you're interested in fire safety equipment inspection or construction work!
・You, who are driven by a sense of justice to protect human lives from the disaster of fire!

We would love for you to work with us!

We look forward to hearing from you.
